Thirty years of unbroken Diplomatic Relationship is quite a mile stone worth celebrating. It is quite remarkable that the two nations chose art as one of the means to commemorate the relationship.  It shows that the nations understand quite well the place of art in human development. The art of a people should portray the culture, traditions and the way of life of the people.  I say should because in “Modern Art” this is not always the case.
